Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), with a primary focus on the Humanica Workplaze platform. This role includes system administration, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), reporting and analytics, as well as providing system support and consultation to employees across the organization.
Responsibilities
1. Competency Framework & Career Path Development
- Design, develop, and implement the organization’s competency framework, including core, functional, and leadership competencies.
- Establish and maintain career paths for all positions across the organization to support employee development, career progression, and workforce capability building.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Performance Management System (PMS), including KPI, OKR, and performance appraisal frameworks.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, from goal setting and performance monitoring to evaluation and feedback.
3. Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Identify, assess, and develop high-potential employees (HiPo) through structured talent management programs.
- Design and implement succession planning strategies to build a sustainable leadership pipeline and ensure business continuity.
4. Organization Development (OD) & Change Management
- Develop and execute organization development initiatives to strengthen corporate culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and organizational growth.
5. Strategic Alignment
- Partner with senior management to analyze business strategies and organizational direction.
- Translate business objectives into people development strategies and workforce capability enhancement initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development (OD), Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing:
o Competency Frameworks
o Career Path Programs
o Performance Management Systems (KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard)
o Talent Management and Succession Planning Programs - Strong knowledge of Organization Development methodologies, Change Management principles, and Leadership Development practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS, Talent Management Systems, or Performance Management platforms will be an advantage.
- High level of integrity, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
