Personal profile (Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV)), education history, skills and competencies, professional licenses or certifications, information obtained from assessments or interviews, and images recorded by closed-circuit television (CCTV).

2.1 Recruitment Process

To review and select candidates, assess suitability for positions within the Company, and conduct recruitment procedures, including application processing, testing, interviews, evaluations, selection, and job offers.

2.2 Background and Qualification Verification Prior to Employment

2.2.1 To verify whether you have previously been employed by or applied to the Company.


2.2.2 To verify your abilities and qualifications within the scope permitted by law, including professional qualifications, health information, criminal records, and information obtained from references provided by you.


2.2.3 To assess suitability for certain positions. As the Company operates in the food manufacturing industry, it is required to verify employee health conditions in accordance with applicable laws and certification standards.

2.3 Internal Human Resource Management

To manage internal recruitment-related processes, including submitting applicant information or interview reports to authorized decision-makers or relevant departments, preparing employment contracts, arranging training, and conducting other procedures required for new employees.

2.4 Consideration for Other Suitable Positions in the Future

If you are not selected for the position for which you applied, the Company will retain your personal data for a period of one (1) year from the date the recruitment result is communicated, in order to consider and contact you should other suitable job opportunities become available in the future.

2.5 Security Within Company Premises

To maintain security within Company buildings and premises, including visitor registration before entry into offices or branches, and CCTV recording within Company areas.

3. Disclosure of Your Personal Data

In order to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, your personal data may be disclosed or transferred to relevant internal units involved in the recruitment process, as follows:

3.1 Disclosure Within the Company

Your personal data may be disclosed or transferred to departments, divisions, or units within the Company only to the extent necessary and relevant to the stated purposes. Authorized personnel or teams will be granted access to your personal data strictly on a need-to-know basis.


This includes:


Human Resources personnel or other relevant staff, with access rights assigned according to their roles and responsibilities.


Executives or supervisors responsible for managing or making decisions regarding your employment or being involved in human resource processes.

4. Retention Period of Personal Data

For applicants who are not selected, the Company will retain your personal data for one (1) year from the date the recruitment result is communicated, in order to contact you should suitable positions become available in the future.


The Company will delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data once it is no longer necessary or upon expiration of the retention period.
