1. Develop and manage daily and weekly production plans.
2. Allocate and manage manpower planning on a daily and weekly basis.
3. Control and monitor the production process to ensure alignment with the production plan.
4. Inspect and monitor control points at OPRP (Operational Prerequisite Programs) and CCP (Critical Control Points).
5. Supervise and control the packing process to ensure it meets production plans.
6. Ensure compliance with production quality standards.
7. Control and monitor packaging quality standards.
8. Identify and report any abnormalities in machinery operations.
9. Develop and implement cleaning plans.
10. Ensure compliance with standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 14001, and other company-established systems for sustainability and compliance.
11. Prepare and summarize operational performance data and reports.
12. Maintain and manage standard system documentation.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
3. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
4. Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
