1. Coordinate and plan production activities with relevant departments.
2. Prepare daily and weekly production plans.
3. Plan and allocate manpower on a daily and weekly basis.
4. Supervise and control production processes to ensure compliance with the production plan.
5. Monitor and verify control measures at CCP points.
6. Supervise and control the packaging process in accordance with the production plan.
7. Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
8. Control and maintain quality standards throughout the packaging process.
9. Monitor and review machinery maintenance and cleaning records.
10. Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GHPs & HACCP, GMP+, HALAL, SEDEX, Thai Labour Standards (TLS), and other management systems implemented by the Company.
11. Prepare operational data and summarize performance results.
12. Prepare and maintain documentation required under applicable management systems.
13. Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates.
14. Provide guidance, clarification, and relevant information, as well as transfer knowledge and technical expertise to team members.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in production operations.
3. Experience in the food manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage.
