Quality Assurance Officer
Position : Quality Assurance Officer
Location : Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima
Salary : Based on company structure
Vacancy : 1 position


Responsibilities
  1. Prepare daily and weekly work plans for assigned responsibilities.
  2. Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation in accordance with planned activities.
  3. Conduct internal quality system audits as scheduled.
  4. Analyze results from quality control of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  5. Coordinate and ensure sufficient availability of equipment, tools, and chemicals for quality operations.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment, laboratory instruments, and working areas.
  7. Summarize and report quality inspection and analysis results.
  8. Prepare daily operational performance reports.
  9. Comply with quality and safety standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GHPs, HACCP, GMP+, HALAL, BRC, and other company-established systems.
  10. Train and coach staff on analytical methods, laboratory equipment usage, and quality procedures.
  11. Improve workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce losses, and promote teamwork in achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in laboratory analysis.
  3. Proficient in using analytical instruments for chemical quality testing.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  5. Strong skills in training, communication, presentation, coordination, and leadership.
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong observation skills.
  8. Candidates with training or certification in GHP/HACCP, ISO 9001, BRCGS, GMP+, or ISO/IEC 17025 will be given special consideration.
  9. Experience with NIRS (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) analysis is an advantage.
