1. Prepare daily and weekly work plans for assigned responsibilities.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields.
2. Good knowledge and understanding of raw material quality characteristics.
3. Ability to identify abnormalities or defects in raw materials.
4. Experience using QA systems and Oracle (or similar systems).
5. Ability to use scientific instruments and laboratory equipment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Strong coordination and communication skills.

11. Ensure that operational processes comply with the Company’s quality policy and safety and environmental management guidelines.
12. Prepare operational data and summarize performance results.
13. Prepare and maintain documentation required under applicable management systems.
14. Identify and resolve issues arising within the production process.
15. Prepare machinery performance and efficiency data.
16. Present relevant data and recommendations for process improvement.
17. Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates.
18. Provide guidance, clarification, and relevant information to team members.
19. Transfer knowledge, skills, and technical expertise to team members.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in production operations.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
