Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management (HRM)
Analyze and develop annual manpower plans to support recruitment and organizational needs.
Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process across the organization.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the employee database.
Manage employee uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) (e.g., safety shoes) in accordance with company standards.
Develop and standardize HR forms and documentation across the organization.
Oversee HR administration, including social security and other statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Develop, review, and update company rules and regulations in alignment with organizational policies and labor laws.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and resolving labor disputes effectively.
2. Administration & Facilities Management
Supervise the procurement of office supplies and services through the head office PR/PO system.
Manage and control company assets (Asset Management).
Oversee facilities management, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance of office premises.
Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers related to administrative functions.
Manage other administrative tasks to support overall operations of the head office.
3. Organizational Management & Development
Provide guidance and support to subordinates to ensure performance meets organizational standards.
Improve and develop work processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and control operational expenses in alignment with approved budgets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR and Administration at a managerial level.
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving.
Proven leadership capability and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong knowledge and expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including analyzing and evaluating campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.
Communicate product information, news, and organizational activities through various channels in accordance with the marketing plan to enhance brand awareness among target audiences.
Prepare and implement marketing communication activities in line with defined plans and objectives.
Develop marketing materials to support product promotion and corporate communication.
Create engaging and relevant content (educational and promotional) tailored to target audiences.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communication activities.
Provide product information and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction. Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys to support product and service improvement.
Gather customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
Record and monitor marketing expenses and prepare monthly marketing expense reports for management.
Maintain and organize marketing communication documents and records to support departmental operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and social media ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data analysis tools.
At least 2–3 years of experience in content marketing and copywriting.
Experience in FMCG, food, or beverage industries (or related fields) is an advantage.
Ability to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, LINE, and Google.
Experience in sourcing and coordinating with influencers, including preparing briefs for product reviews.
