Senior Industrial Sales Officer
Position : Senior Industrial Sales Officer
Location : Rama 4 Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage the performance of industrial sales staff to ensure achievement of company sales targets.
  2. Prepare sales reports and summarize overall sales performance for submission to management.
  3. Analyze competitor activities and market situations, and report sales performance to supervisors.
  4. Monitor and support industrial sales staff, including assisting in expanding new customer segments.
  5. Coordinate and communicate information received from management to the sales team.
  6. Manage customer inventory to prevent loss or overstock issues.
  7. Expand and develop new customer bases according to assigned target segments.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
  3. Good personality, proactive, with strong sales presentation and negotiation skills.
  4. High level of responsibility with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Human Resources Management (HRM)

  • Monitor and control operational expenses in alignment with approved budgets.
 
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in HR and Administration at a managerial level.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
